 Alley Fest is Eastern Kentucky’s premier music and arts festival, founded in Paintsville, KY. It celebrates Appalachian culture through live music, local vendors, food, and community. Now in its fifth year, Alley Fest has grown into a regional destination, drawing visitors from all over to experience an unforgettable weekend of music, camping, and connection. In 2025, the festival is bigger than ever — with two stages, three full days of performances, and headliners like Old Crow Medicine Show. August 29th-August 31st, 2025.

Alley Fest 2025 will take place at Paintsville-Prestonsburg Combs Field Airport, located at 8315 KY Route 321, Hager Hill, KY 41222. This venue is just a few minutes southeast of downtown Paintsville and offers expanded space for camping, vendors, and multiple stages. 

VIPs get access to an exclusive viewing area near the stage, VIP parking, access to lounges, and a three-day camping pass.

 Absolutely. Kids 12 and under get in free with a paying adult. There’ll be vendors, food, and space to enjoy the outdoors. 

 Yes! Side-by-sides and ATVs are welcome, and designated trails will be available. 

Tons of local food vendors, craft booths, and drink options will be on-site all weekend. 

Well behaved dogs on leashes are allowed. If your pet acts up we will ask for you to leave. 

 Alley Fest is a rain-or-shine event. Come prepared for all weather!

 We love discovering new talent and supporting artists of all kinds, especially those with Appalachian roots or a unique sound. Due to the high volume of submissions, only selected artists will receive a response — but we appreciate every submission and take the time to listen.

There are no ticket refunds. Refunds will only be given out due to festival postponement or cancelation.
