Alley Fest is Eastern Kentucky’s premier music festival, bringing together incredible live performances, a passionate community, and the rich cultural spirit of Appalachia. Founded in Paintsville, KY, Alley Fest has grown into a must-attend event for music lovers from across the region and beyond.

Now entering its fifth year, Alley Fest has evolved from a grassroots gathering into a major tourism and economic driver for Eastern Kentucky. The festival has consistently expanded, drawing attendees from over eight hours away who come to experience its one-of-a-kind lineup, local vendors, and unforgettable atmosphere.

In 2025, we’re taking things to the next level with our biggest lineup yet, featuring Old Crow Medicine Show as the headliner. With growing demand, we are expanding to a larger location, offering on-site camping for the first time ever, and creating an even better experience for festival-goers.
